Krease provides an AI-powered hockey recruiting platform that sends personalized outreach emails to coaches on behalf of players. Results are not guaranteed. Krease does not guarantee any player will receive offers, invitations, or commitments.

• Pro tier: $25/month, billed monthly
• Elite tier: $79/month, billed monthly
• 7-day free trial on paid plans
• Cancel anytime — no refunds for partial months
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payments processed securely by Stripe

You agree NOT to:

• Use Krease to send spam or harassing messages
• Impersonate other players or create false profiles
• Attempt to reverse engineer our algorithms
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our coach database
• Use automated tools to access our platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use Krease for any purpose other than legitimate hockey recruiting

All Krease technology, algorithms, branding, content, and the coach database are the exclusive property of Krease Inc. and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Krease True Score algorithm
• Scout Velocity metrics
• Strength of Competition multipliers
• The coach contact database
• All UI designs and branding

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Krease intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

You retain ownership of your player profile data. By using Krease, you grant us a limited license to use your data to operate the service.

You authorize Krease to send emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail account. You are responsible for ensuring all outreach complies with applicable laws. Krease is not responsible for coach responses or outcomes.

Players are responsible for ensuring their use of Krease complies with all applicable NCAA, NAIA, CHL, and other governing body recruiting rules. Krease provides tools only and does not guarantee compliance with any specific rules.

Krease is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or that the platform will meet your expectations.

Krease's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime in Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.

We will notify you of material changes via email 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
